RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

In case you are not satisfied with your product(s), or the product(s) is defective, within (15) days from the date you receive your order, you can request a “Return Material Pre-Authorization” to return the product(s) to Bin Hindi Informatics.

  • The customer has the right to choose the method of handling the defective product, either by replacing, repairing or refunding it, taking into account the type and nature of the defective product and the length of time that the repair process will take. The customer has the right to obtain an alternative product for the product, depending on the nature of the defective product and the time required for its repair
  • In case of refunding the defective product, Bin Hindi informatics shall replace, repair, refund, replace or repair the defective part without charge, depending on the type of product, its nature and the type of defect found in it.
  • Bin Hindi Informatics shall bear the costs of transporting the defective product, as well as the costs of sending the technicians to replace or repair the defective part thereof, and all costs incurred in recovering the product.
  • Without prejudice to any warranty, legal terms or better agreement for the customer, unless the competent department specifies a shorter period in view of the nature of the commodity, the customer has the right to replace the item or return it with a refund of its value within (15) days from the date of receipt of the item. Or in breach of the legally approved specifications or for the purpose for which the contract was contracted. In such cases, Bin Hindi informatics shall comply with the demand of the customer by replacing or refunding the commodity with a refund of the full price without any additional cost to the customer.
  • In all cases, the responsibility of the Bin Hindi informatics is the responsibility of the Partnership.
  • In the event of a dispute between Bin Hindi informatics and the customer regarding the existence of a defect in the goods or their conformity with the legally approved specifications or the purpose for which the contract was contracted, the matter shall be referred to the competent department to issue a binding decision to the parties.

Exclusions:

  • Software are non-returnable.
  • Bin Hindi Informatics does not allow return or exchange of products which are damaged as a result of misuse, such as scratches or malfunction due to wrong voltage connection, or missing some parts of the product (such as catalogues, accessories…)

While preparing for a return, product must be in its original packing with full set of accessories and manuals included. We do not accept return of products which have scratches, are damaged as a result of misuse, or malfunction due to wrong voltage connection. At our sole discretion, we may consider returns that do not satisfy the above criteria.
